What is Coliving?

Coliving is a shared housing model, accommodating three or more unrelated people.
It is an active part of the Australian residential market.

Its growth is perpetuated through property developers and builders, and the service providers operating within the coliving ecosystem. As a shared housing model across multiple demographics, coliving also provides a sustainable approach to affordable and accessible housing well into the future.

 

The Fund

The Coliving Future Property Fund is a wholesale investment fund, purposefully created to grow the assets and operators across this coliving sector. 

Our target investments include Equity and Debt placement into:

  • Firms and organisations delivering tangible coliving residential assets

  • Operators and Service Providers who support the coliving ecosystem

  • Technology and Application development across coliving community engagement
