How we select Investments

It is our selection process which sets us apart from the rest, and assures the list of investments made have achieved our 6-Star rating.

A key selection criteria on behalf of investors in the Fund, is the congruence with our noble purpose. Failing to meet this initial hurdle will result in no further progress for investment.

Our mission to invest in developing the Australian coliving ecosystem, matched with alignment to purpose is what supports us to provide outstanding, stable investor returns. We want to work with the best.

We hold a strict, 6-step investment selection process which incorporates the Executive Team of the Fund. It also extends to include investors and selected shareholders within our parent company – Teaminvest Private.

This selection process ensures we are committing funds to those businesses aligned in Purpose and Vision, along with ensuring our investors funds are being channelled to where they are most effective.
